I couldn’t be happier with Kelly Lubker as my real estate agent. She was very patient and very in tune to what I needed/wanted but also what I could afford. She had the knowledge that I was lacking on how the process went as I was a newly divorced parent and had never owned my own home. She ended up acting as both the listing and selling agent really because the agent who had the house listed was completely incompetent and totally ridiculous. She had my best interest at heart and knew exactly what type of a “fixer upper” I would be able to handle. She was honest and I trusted her 100 percent. She even helped in some of the repairs after the closing cause she’s such a good person. My mother loves Kelly and feels like she was able to keep me grounded during the entire process. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house. I also liked her use of inspectors and such. She’s a great person to work with and I feel like she’s also my friend. – Jennifer L.
